NRW meets… International Dance #1 Take it on tour - Produktive Netzwerke für internationale Distribution

How can a sustainable artistic visibility be established and further developed in international networks? Which strategies have proven successful – and what are the current challenges? With the new digital format NRW meets... international dance, the nrw landesbuero tanz is launching the networking format of internationales tanzmeeting and inviting the dance scene from North Rhine-Westphalia to exchange ideas on international distribution and sustainable international production methods.

The first edition brings together three perspectives: artists, producers and presenters.
Panzetti & Ticconi (artist duo / Aerowaves Artists 2019) on the role of networks such as Aerowaves in international visibility
Katja Sonnemann (Producer and Facilitator) on peer-to-peer structures and relationship management
Stefan Schwarz (Head of programming, tanzhaus nrw) on good practice network projects involving venues and festivals

Afterwards, there will be time for questions and an open discussion: How can artists, organisers and producers work together to develop sustainable structures for international work?
